There are two options to access the premium traderoom:
- Make sure you have the right subscription plan
- Before you enter the trade room, make sure you are logged in on our website
- If you have an active trade room subscription you are able to join the trade room by clicking on enter trade room.
- Choose a username and enter the traderoom.
- You can also access the trade room by Mobile phone using the APP.
- To use the mobile phone app, you follow step 1 till 4
Go to ”my account” and click on ”update or upgrade your subscription”. Proceed the instructions and your account will be automaticly renewed.
At 240trade.com we not only have the best proprietary traders, but they also have the relevant competencies needed to teach you how to trade properly. All our traders have more then 15 years’ experience and manage various funds. Do not hesitate to contact us for more information about the traders at 240trade.com.
Currently 240trade.com only accepts payments through PayPal. However, we are working on having more payment options available in the near future. Please visit the website for updates.
The day that the payment is processed successfully is the due date for each month as long as the subscription is valid. (example: if you have subscribed for the chatroom @ 3 June 2018, your next due date is 3 July 2018. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have further questions regarding this.)
On our website under the tab ”services” look for the menu called “Trading courses.” The announcement and subject of each webinar will take place at least 3 days in advance. Check our website for regular updates. Also there will be send push notification alert in the trade room about webinar schedules.
To participate a webinar you have to be a Trade Room member. All webinars are included in the trade room subscription.
Each webinar typically lasts between 1 – 1.5 hours. This is largely dependent on the number of participants, the trade level of the participants and the subject being covered. However, the webinar will last as long as is needed to answer all your questions. Please appreciate we can only provide answers on questions related to the subject being covered.
All scheduled webinars will be recorded. These recordings will be added to the webinar watchlist of 240trade.com. If you are a trade room subscriber, you are able to visit and rewatch all webinars.
Yes, there are discount programs available if you would like to subscribe for a longer period of time. Please contact support for the discount rates and availability as we believe that loyal and dedicated clients should be rewarded.
